Anibal Manzano is a corporate lawyer who specializes in venture capital and startup law, mergers and acquisitions, and cross-border transactions connected to the United States and Latin America. He regularly represents startups and investors in connection with venture capital financing transactions and related corporate and securities matters.
Anibal is a graduate of the University of Miami School of Law, where he was a Harvey T. Reid Scholar, and of Lynn University, where he obtained a Master's in Business Administration. He is also a former media analytics professional who worked with Univision’s digital arm, HBO Latin America, and Sony Pictures Entertainment’s international TV production division.
Luciana is a corporate attorney with experience supporting startup companies in a wide array of corporate, securities, and financing matters, including company formation and capital raising.
Luciana is a graduate of the University of Miami School of Law, where she was a Miami Public Interest Scholar and graduated Cum Laude. She received her Bachelor’s Degree in Political Science from Florida International University.
